What to include

Request types
Support requests can cover broken downloads, PDF rendering problems, preview mismatches, accessibility issues, incorrect metadata, or confusing template instructions. If the problem appears only on a specific browser, printer, or paper size, include those details.
Editorial requests can cover corrections, outdated explanations, better source suggestions, or requests to remove a page that no longer fits the site. We review reports about medical, legal, identity, certification, or other sensitive-document topics especially carefully.
